Welcome

Starting therapy is a hard task. There are so many considerations that you may have when deciding if you want to start therapy, and who would be the right therapist for you. The rapport and connection you have with your therapist can be just as important as the therapeutic work itself. I welcome you to my website, and highly encourage you to consider reaching out to me for a free, 15-minute phone consultation to determine if we are a good fit. I hope to connect with you soon and reach out to me with any questions!

About Me

Hello and welcome. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in Massachusetts, and I specialize in supporting adults navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, insomnia, or alcohol use issues, who are ready to take steps toward positive change. Whether you’re seeking to reduce or stop drinking alcohol, improve your sleep quality or your mental health, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and empowers you to move forward with confidence and resilience.

I have training in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also offer CBTi and brief behavioral treatment for insomnia. By working collaboratively, we’ll create a personalized plan to build coping skills and empower you to achieve your mental health goals.

I understand how tough it can be to wrestle with these issues, especially in a fast-paced world where it can feel like there is never enough time. You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. If you’re ready to make a change and take control of your mental health, I’m here to help. Reach out and we can develop a path forward.
